This page is maintained by Four Ways Logistics II, Inc. ("FWL", "we", "us") to explain what information we collect through this website and our driver/lease-to-own/rental application forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a plain-language summary of our practices — it is not a certification or a legal contract.
Information we collect
When you submit an application or contact form, we collect only the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, home state, driving experience and record, equipment details (for owner operators), and any notes you add. We do not run background checks or pull motor vehicle records from a form submission alone — we only contact you.
Our website also logs standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this to keep the site working and to understand traffic patterns. If you enable it in your browser, we may use cookies to remember your session.
How we use it
- To contact you about your application, rental request, or lease-to-own inquiry.
- To evaluate your fit for the role or program you applied to.
- To reply to questions you send us by form, email, or phone.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information you submit for marketing outside of the specific opportunity you contacted us about.
Who we share it with
Your information is handled by our recruiting and operations teams. We share it with service providers who help us run the site or communicate with you (for example, email/SMS providers, form hosting, cloud infrastructure). Those providers are only allowed to use your information to perform work on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Application information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to consider you for current or future openings, or as required by DOT/FMCSA record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
Your choices
- You can ask what information we have about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can opt out of any non-essential email or SMS at any time.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on our internal systems. No online service can be 100% secure — if you are concerned about a specific submission, call us instead of using the web form.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
